Delivery times for products will be approximately 3 to 12 business days for capital cities and 8 to 15 business days for other cities in Colombia. These times may vary due to public order, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.
The warranty period begins from the moment the replacement part is delivered to the customer. The warranty period varies depending on the type of replacement part purchased. Soluciones & Partes ships to all municipalities in Colombia through its partner carriers or a specific carrier at the customer's request, ensuring security and coverage so your purchase arrives at the desired address.
We accept payment methods through the Wompi payment gateway and bank transfers to one of our accounts. You must send proof of payment to the email or WhatsApp specified at the time of purchase.
